Nice terminal at Manila - spacious, very comfortable ambiance and with state-of-the-art facilities, no long queues for check-in and those at the counters are very attentive. It's also very convenient for passengers to transfer from an international flight to a domestic one or the other way, since both international and domestic operations are integrated at this terminal.

The plane left on time. I was in the economy. The cabin was very cozy, the seats were reclining and the pitch was generous.

The flight attendants were very courteous, smiling and dedicated, they would even help you secure your things in the overhead luggage. They treated each passenger equally.

The cuisine was very nice, not "airline food". The selections in the entertainment would fit any type of person and Mabuhay, the inflight magazine was excellent, the best I've ever encountered. Even economy passengers were provided with amenity kits. The onboard duty free was affordable and had a nice collection.

Passengers were allowed to walk around the cabin, I think they knew it was for wellness' sake. We arrived on time and all the passengers applauded, I'm sure we all enjoyed the flight.

Excellent service at a very affordable price. Philippine Airlines is the best airline across the Philippines and the U.S. One of the world's best! Mabuhay!
