Taken April 2003 from Zurich to Bangkok

I have flown with this airline before and this time I was really disappointed. They have lost their reputation I think. They are boasting of being "smooth as silk", but it didn't go that way.

I was shocked at the FA's. They were just looking at me finding it hard to store my belongings in the overhead stowage (I'm short), and they weren't in any way refined as flight attendants must be, instead they were rude - I wonder if they were trained.

I didn't like the entertainment, it didn't satisfy me as a passenger on long haul, it felt monotonous.

The food was served by flight attendants who were in a hurry and who didn't care if they served the right food to the right passenger (my companion was on a vegetarian diet and was served with meat). I felt sick after the flight.
