Just came back on the 13th of Septmeber after a nice two week holiday.

On the day I left for Palma the plane was delayed for 45 minutes before arrival into Manchester.

When I was on board, the cabin crew welcome you aboard as any other airline does. After the 45 minutes (should have taken off at 3.15pm) the plane was delayed till 4pm with passengers on board, because the crew could not get a count and were getting 1-3 more than they should. This gets annoying as all you want to do is go away.

On the flight to Palma I was in row 8 (seats facing the air crew) and the woman who was sitting in front of me was terrified on take off and landing. Now you would think that they would not be scared.

The meals are rubbish - sandwiches which have mayo and crap on like that on. The only good thing about the meal was the short breads. You would think that they would cater for people who don't like this.
