Taken September 2003 from New York JFK to Santiago

Originally we'd been told about this flight as being on a Boeing 757 by a warm national dominican carrier with wonderful inflight service.

The flight was delayed for more than 5 hours, the airline didn't care about us at the airport, sitting in the terminal and waiting for departure with 2 children was not easy for me.

Somehow our flight was operated by another airline, Falcon Airlines, it was Boeing 727, the airplane I hate most of all. Small seats, uncomfortable cabin.

Inflight service was very poor, 2* food, poor drinks, so I was disappointed. Unfortunately I came back on the same plane, but this time it was on time. Never again.
