This was a short domestic flight to Belfast from Bristol.

I paid a total of 20 pounds for the single flight which was excellent value, and much cheaper than Flybe who were looking for 110 pounds for the same route!

I fly asyJet all the time and I love them to pieces!

The service is always great and I've only been delayed once by an hour.

Checkin was fine at Bristol and we boarded on time.

Departed from a wet and VERY windy Bristol and hit turbulence straight away. The plane continued to rock and dive for the full hour over to Belfast where the weather was just the same.

The captain explained that headwinds of 140mph were causing the turbulence.

The cabin crew were friendly and helpful and made us feel as safe and comfortable as possible. They were particularly good with a passenger seated across the row from me who was petrified. They helped to calm her and as we all had to stay buckled up for all of the flight, one of the crew sat with her right up until the plane was preparing to land.

There was no in flight service because it was such a rough flight, but the prices are fairly priced if you do want to purchase a snack.

I only gave 2 for comfort marks as it was the most turbulent flight I have ever been on, but it has to be said that this was outside of easyJet's control and the cabin crew did a great job of making us feel as comfortable and reassured as possible.

I really can't fault this airline. I do know that some people have had bad experiences with them, but I love them and will continue to fly with them.
