Home > Air India > 1996 > ReviewTaken February 1996 from London Heathrow to Toronto YYZAir India, Flight 185, London, Heathrow - Toronto, Pearson - Feb 6th 1996. The aircraft was a Boeing 747 and comfortable enough. The seats were not bad either, with an average amount of legroom. The flight crew really did try to please - full marks here. BUT... the passengers were, for the most part, TRAMPS! Within an hour, the washrooms were bunged up with paper and unusable - at least the ones near my seat were. During lift off and touch down there were kids running up and down the aisles!!! During the whole flight - a day flight - people were roaming about constantly. I suspect these people have never been inside a confined area before! Although I was flying completely around the globe in 3 months, using several different airlines, I will NEVER fly Air India again - no thank you; I don't need this. (As it was, it was just a little unnerving flying the same route as the one which was downed some years previously.) | ||
