Taken October 2000 from Newcastle to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria

We all know about the leg room, so I won't go there.

The meals were not that bad, but as I've always said, "for a few pounds per passenger more you could get a lot better with the meal lay out and presentation".

The pilot and first officers apart from the odd one, could be a bit more informative with flight details and aircraft characteristics, after all people hold all their trust in the flightcrew and a pilot that comes across as over friendly and keen about his work to his passengers, makes everyone feel a little more at ease.

I have travelled with Britannia many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Keep up the good work!
