Taken September 2001 from Stockholm Arlanda to Singapore via Bangkok

Flew from Stockholm to Bangkok and onward to Singapore.

The crew aboard was very friendly and helpful, however the aircraft (a Boeing 747) could have been newer.

A plus for the menus provided and the fact they had two meals to choose between, even in Economy class.

On the flight between Bangkok and Singapore, the plane stopped in Hat Yai (a city in southern Thailand) where all passengers had to disembark because the aircraft was to be cleaned.

Very unnecessary.
