We required overnight accommodation for the flight the following day. No help from JMC staff to arrange this, "not our responsibility" they said "you will have to contact your tour operator". Group of 8 persons stranded at the airport to make our own arrangements. Had to pay for our own room and meals. Letter of apology received from JMC on return to Gatwick. | ||
