Taken October 2003 from Madrid Barajas to Chicago O'Hare

I had already flown KLM on European flights, and I already knew that it was a great line, but their intercontinental service is just awesome. All the flights (4 of them) were on time (actually all of them arrived around 10 minutes before schedule, that is really nice).

The seats have got enough room, but tall people will probably have some problems staying in them for a long time.

The flight attendants really worked well, and were offering free drinks during the whole flight without having to ask for them. In my way to Chicago they even gave us ice-cream in the middle of the flight!!! And the ticket fare was extremely low.

So this is a great airline, with a great frequent flyer program (Flying Dutchman), and that makes your money worth it!!! I really recommend it!!!
