Taken April 2001 from Paris CDG to Stockholm Arlanda

I flew SAS from Paris to Stockholm in business class and the service was superb.

First a welcome drink, then we got a menu with two meals to choose from, both sounded delicious.

I decided to take the salmon, which was delivered on a large tray with salad, potatoes and a bread roll.

As a dessert, three different French cheeses, grapes, Belgian chocolate and tasteful coffee.

The crew was very attentive and provided good service.

Unfortunately SAS has reduced its service level even in business class.

I flew from London LHR to Stockholm a few months ago, and they only had one meal in business class and the meal wasn't that spectacular.

But better than getting the cold meal in economy class.

Generally it is still a reliable airline offering good value for money.
