Taken October 2003 from New York JFK to Singapore SIN

Platinum flyer on Northwest. Flew economy when I usually fly business Class on NWA. FA's are not given much to work with, and on the way to Singapore, service was not too bad. Returning from Singapore, absolutely the worst crew I have ever seen on Trans-Pacific service from Narita to JFK. Crew sounded like a drunken party in a frat house in the galley. They also went up and down the aisles with food falling out of their mouths.

Being a platinum flyer with NWA, and living in Minnesota, not much I can do about flying with NWA. I will have to continue to keep up the perks I get.

I recommend that US flyers try an asian airline. Service is much better on a bad day.
