Home > Turkish Airlines > 2003 > ReviewTaken November 2003 from Chicago O'Hare to IzmirThis was my second trip on THY in C-Class and I found a slightly deteriorating product. C-Class lounges in ORD and IST are well-stocked and pleasant. Only advice is for their staff in IST to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the lavatories. Seating comfort is acceptable for an aging C-Class. The recline is good and I found no problem getting some sleep on both trans-atlantic legs. Service by the cabin crew is quite acceptable. They do not dote on you, but all requests were met without any attitude. The food was acceptable. However, I find having to unwrap the plastic wrap on the food quite unacceptable. Overall, at the right price, THY still out-performs US-based carriers. | ||
