Home > Aer Lingus > 2003 > ReviewTaken November 2003 from Dublin to ChicagoAer Lingus business class is heading south big time. The cost cutting is becoming very evident in all areas. Seat comfort is OK. Many airlines are upgrading their business class, Aer Lingus seems to be taking opposite route. My food was an absolute embarrassment for our national airline. It was quite simply inedible. The salad looked like a week old restaurant throw away. The main course was either burnt meat or something by the name of white fish. Desserts were pretty tasty though. Movie selection was poor with nothing noteworthy to watch. The crew were nice and cheerful. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap business class with a reasonable level of comfort, without the usual business class trimmings, then Aer Lingus is for you. | ||
