Home > KLM > 2003 > ReviewTaken November 2003 from Stockholm Arlanda to AmsterdamFirst time to fly KLM. Check-in was speedy, although I did not have time to check out the lounge in Stockholm. KLM has reverted to the six abreast seating in business class on their 737s. While the cabin was empty, the seats are less comfortable than their competitors. The cabin also looked quite worn. Meal service was interesting (cold and raw fish accompanied by something hot), but not good. Service on the other hand was friendly. Arrived ahead of schedule. | ||
