Taken July 2002 from Amsterdam to Venice

Quite disappointing. The aircraft (Airbus A320) was comfortable, but the food rather disappointing. Although we ordered a vegetarian meal, we got a dry roll with a lot of butter and... ham. When we asked for a vegetarian meal the stewardess told us: then you take out the ham. Flight attendants either had a fake smile, or were simply rude. Even to children.

On the way back, however, a huge amount of drinks, wines, rolls, salmon and cheeses were offered to us non-stop. Then an evaluation form was handed out...
