Taken August 2003 from Kos - KGS to Dublin - DUB

This was a charter package flight so I didn't choose to fly with this airline (and wouldn't). The crew were all Spainish and their English was limited. The PA announcements (which were few and far between) were impossible to understand as the crew had broken English.

On the outbound there was limited inflight entertainment, but there was nothing on the way back, no explanation for this either. The food was terrible. The flight crew didn't speak at all to the passengers, in fact this has been the third time I flew with Futura and the flight crew have never uttered a word to the passengers.

The aircraft was a new B737-800 with a cramped seat pitch, quite uncomfortable for a 4 and half hour flight.

Normally fly with Air 2000 on charter flights and find them to be much much better, good cabin crew and constant updates from the flightdeck.

You probably won't choose to fly with Futura, but if you get the choice fly with someone else.
