Fantastic holiday, Riu Costa Dorada - stay there! Its truly wonderful. Back to Manchester with Britannia, TUI, Thomson - whatever they call themselves today. The crew where better on this flight entertainment system was constantly tripping out and again 1 Bar Service on this long flight.. An Anticlimactic end to an otherwise wonderful holiday. After flying away with them for more than 20 years, they are now blacklisted as far as my family is concerned. My son is trying Excel for a flight to the Canary Islands in February, so we will see how a more independent charter carrier compares. Such a shame, that this iconic and patriotic symbol of an airline has been crushed by corporate mismanagement and cost cutting. It was once the airline model to follow. Only good report - flight only took 7 hours to get back to the UK. | ||
