Home > Japan Airlines > ReviewTaken August 2003 from Pu San - PUS to Vancouver - YVRI have been a JAL flyer for many years and I have never been disappointed. The little things they do make for a much more pleasant long-haul flight. For example, they made sure the milk for my baby was not too hot by cooling it in an ice bucket. The food is always excellent for economy class. The aircraft are clean and smell good. I have never had a late departure or landing. The cabin staff answers calls almost instantly. The only downside is that on the Tokyo-Vancouver run they have an old 747-200 that does not have any of the new entertainment systems. Still, they make the long flight and pleasant as possible. I wish I could say the same about Air Canada, which is truly dreadful. You cannot go wrong in JAL. | ||
