I love Philippine Airlines. I flew from San Francisco to Manila via Honolulu. The flight was on time, in fact, I think we boarded several minutes early.

The plane was really clean and had roomy leg space for Economy/Mabuhay class. The flight attendants were standing by the enterance welcoming each passenger on board. They also offered to help put my bags over the compartment.

They were really polite and always smiling and spoke English/Tagalog fluently. The food was great! Soo many choices, great snacks. The TV screens in front of each seat are great too.

Took about 45 minutes to re-fuel at Honolulu. We remained inside the plane. Kind of bumpy after take off, but then it was smooth again. Safe landing, everyone was happy. The flight attendants waved us good bye as we left the plane.

On the way back to San Francisco, it was the same except it was a direct flight - no stop over at Honolulu. Had no baggage hassles. Very satisfied.
