I was quite impressed by my first trip on Britannia. We left Cardiff on time and we arrived in Las Palmas ahead of schedule. The only complaint is that I didn't like my aisle seat on board near the toilets people were back and forth all the time.

On arrival in Las Palmas, because we were early we had not been allocated a jetty gate so stairs quickly arrived. Unfortunately, I couldn't use them and I told the Britannia Airline staff who kindly arranged for a lift and wheelchair. They were so polite and brilliant, it got my holiday off to a smiling start.
