Home > KLM Cityhopper > ReviewTaken December 2003 from Amsterdam, Schiphol - AMS to Toulouse - TLSSecond leg of flight to Toulouse. After arriving at Schipol we had an hour between flights so had time to grab a quick coffee and cigarette and made our way to the departure gate, straight through and onto the bus to the aircraft. Schipol is such an easy airport to transfer in. The aircraft was a Fokker 70 and I found the seating to be okay, but where the seat in front is fixed, you have to sit with your legs at a slight angle. The meal choice was one of two varieties of sandwiches (No egg this time though!!!) and two coffee / tea rounds. The cabin crew were quick and efficient and smiling, although for some reason the stewardess thought I was Dutch and insisted on speaking to me in Dutch. The flight was full and the flight deck very informative throughout. Even explaining why we were flying much lower than usual and in between two cloud levels. There was a pocket of air which meant that the aircraft picked up a lot of time on the flight. We arrived in Toulouse and had collected our cases and were out of the terminal 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival time! I have again marked down the comfort marks because of the smells coming from the rear of the aircraft where the toilets are situated. But I would have no hesitation flying KLM again. | ||
