Taken June 2001 from Chicago, O'Hare, IL - ORD to Punta Cana - PUJ

Flew as part of a Package deal to the Dominican Rep. Had no idea which airline we would be on. Was raining in Chicago before departure and my cloth golf club travel bag was left on top of luggage cart for 30 minutes in rain. I explained to agent that I also had some clothes in it and asked if she could call down to have it put inside the cart, but it never happened. Had some musty clothes upon arrival.

Plane (Airbus) was awfully cramped for me (5'11") and also pretty dingy it seemed.

The food though was by far the best in flight meal I have ever had.

Flight home left 3 hours late and we had to stop in MIA for fuel (20-30 minutes they said). Since that was our first stop in the U.S, we had to wait for customs clearance to be fueled. Turned into a 1:45 layover. Flight arrived in Chicago 5:30 late.

Will always verify airline with future package deals from now on. I would not fly TM again.
