Home > Britannia Airways > 2003 > ReviewTaken December 2003 from Reina Sofia - TFS to Birmingham - BHXFlight left Tenerife about 20 minutes late, due to the late arrival of the inbound aircraft. Same aircraft as the outbound flight. Not very full - probably about 60 seats vacant. Very poor in-flight service - it took an hour to get the drinks cart to our seat (Row 7 and they started at row 1!) and two hours to get our meal (Which was quite good) - same confusion as the outbound flight as to who was having a meal and who wasn't - crew just seemed confused and again wandered around with a list dishing out the trays up and down the aircraft. I am flighting with them again in March long haul to the Dominican Republic, which I am not looking forward to... Have flown Air 2000, MyTravel and Britannia this year, and Britannia are by far the worse as in levels of inflight service and professionalism of the cabin crew. The only good things about the flight was it was reasonably comfortable, and landed 20 minutes ahead of schedule. | ||
