Taken December 2003 from Derby (East Midlands) - EMA to Prague - PRG

Great outbound flight, but no baby changing facilities in the toilet depsite beibg told there would be at check in and on the plane itself.

The inbound flight was cancelled. bmibaby flights were unable to land at Prague airport. All other airlines seemed unaffected and we were very lucky to get an alternative flight home with EasyJet the same day. It cost us an extra £250 as bmibaby would only offer a flight on the same route with themselves free of charge. As there was only one flight a day and the next flight was fully booked we asked if we could claim back off bmibaby. On the phone they said yes, but back in the UK they said they had no reference to the call and it was against company policy. Always note who you speak to and make sure they take your reference number and note the call, they are supposed to do this, but didn'y in our case.
