Taken February 1996 from Frankfurt/Main - FRA to Hurghada - HRG

We were sitting in the first row of the aircraft and were initially glad because of the space in front of us - plenty for our legs. Yes, there was space, because we had one of the emergency exits in front of us at the right side. Usually, for safety reasons, no luggage is allowed to be put in front of emergency exits. But not so with Egypt Air! Shortly after we had taken our seats, three of the flight attendants brought their personal luggage, suitcases and boxes among it and put it right in front of the emergency door of the airplane. A mountain of luggage! It appeared to be quite a normal thing for them.

We were under the impression that safety regulations were not taken seriously! We would not fly Egypt Air again!
