Taken October 2003 from Manchester - MAN to Malaga - AGP

Monarch Scheduled flight from Manchester to Malaga.

Reasonable value for money. I know it's a relatively short flight, but I found the seats to be hard and really uncomfortable. I'm 182cm (6ft) and found that my knees were firmly wedged into the back of the seat in front of me. If the person in front had wanted to recline their seat, they simply wouldn't have been able to - not without breaking my legs in the process.

Although the in-flight magazine said that drinks had to be paid for, the cabin crew weren't charging for them - probably as it was a scheduled flight, but they never made this clear.

They do charge GBP 2.00 for headphones to listen to in-flight entertainment - however, you can avoid this if you have your own headphones with a standard 3.5mm plug (the standard small size).

Cheap, cheerful, but if you're tall (or tall-ish) or have long upper legs, it's hard to recommend this airline.
