The service is not terrible, when things go right, but it is a real nightmare when anything goes wrong. I noticed that the only people who speak well of EasyJet are those who used it once or twice. They do not know how to handle any problem, and the staff, whom in normal circumstances are polite, immediately start behaving in a manner which is not at all acceptable. Rude is not strong enough! Furthermore, they claim in their web-page that they have a very generous compensation policy. This is the most blatant lie I have ever seen in a web-page. Forget it, you will never see any money coming back from these guys. After too many problems with them (I'm a frequent flier) I decided never to use them again, and to recommend all my friends to do the same. The prices you can get from one of the well-established companies (KLM, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, etc.) is almost always very similar to that offered by easy Jet, and believe me, the service is a lot better. Particularly when you most need it, that is, when problems arise. | ||
