Items were stolen from our luggage after being checked. Easyjet has a 5Kg weight limit for carry on baggage so we were forced to check things we did not expect to have to check.

While polite, the customer service offered nothing except poor advice as compensation for our losses. They denied anyone could have taken the items and basically told me I am out of luck because they will not do anything for me.
