Taken December 2003 from London, Heathrow - LHR to Accra - ACC

Service was excellent and provided by pleasant in-flight crew. Flight was delayed by a an hour or two in Addis on the way to Accra, and in Addis on the flight back to London, but we were kept informed.

My only grip is that the initial and return flights, included two 45min stopovers in Rome and Douala, Cameroon which did not appear on my ticket and were only made apparent at the airport.

Would thoroughly recommend EA if you plan to stop over in Addis or have lots of time on your hands since both flights take about 2 days compared with a direct flight time of 6-7 hours.

Overall, I was very impressed.
