Home > Egyptair > ReviewTaken December 2003 from London, Heathrow - LHR to Cairo - CAIA good flight on a modern Boeing 777. Plenty of leg room. The food was as good as airline food ever is, although there was no choice by the time they got to me and my meal was banged down with a surly "no chicken left" which was a little disappointing. The control pad for the audio and lighting was flaky on the outbound flight which was irritating although the flight attendant did offer to move me to another seat. The flight attendants where friendly and helpful at all times. The return flight was delayed due to "immigration problems" at Cairo. The reality is that Cairo is a dreadful airport with all manner of horrors. Allow LOTS of time when flying from here - we had all sorts of grief with people pushing into the front of the check-in and immigration queues. Don't forget that you have to re-confirm your return flight with Egypt Air or you won't be coming back!! | ||
