The security checks were through, which is what I expect in this day & age. El Al is #1 when it comes to security & that is first & foremost in my mind.

The plane departed a little late due to congestion in Heathrow, but the pilot not only made up the time by flying faster, but we also managed to land in wet conditions, earlier than scheduled.

The food was OK, not fantastic, but it was a night flight. They provided drinks whenever asked & were constantly asking us if we needed anything else.

The seats were wide with plenty of legroom & comfortable.

The crew were polite & professional & courteous.

The in-flight entertainment was provided by individual TV screens. Many movies to choose from & the selection up to date.

From landing until exiting the airport was approx 30 minutes.

All in all an excellent experience. Far better than the previous airlines that I had been flying for the preceding 4 weeks.
