Taken December 2003 from London, Gatwick - LGW to Thiruvananthapuram - TRV

Monarch flight MON6978 to Thiruvananthapuram from Gatwick. Monarch used a Boeing 757,which was far too small to use on a 11 hour flight to India. Flight made a stop in Bahrain for 45 minutes and on to Thiruvananthapuram.

Cabin crew were polite and food was good, but aircraft cramped and uncomfortable. Good for European flights, but definitely not long haul.
