I took a flight from Moscow to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskij. The airplane was a very clean Airbus 310. There was enough space between the seats. We had 3 hour delay because of technical problems (the positive fact is that this means that the airplanes are repaired when there is a problem). The pilots were excellent as always in Russia (the smoothest landings I always experience in Russia).

The food was very good, but there were no alcoholic drinks except beer and wine, which is lacking on a 9 hour flight.

On the other side, the flight attendants were very friendly and passed with soft drinks almost every hour.

There was no entertainment (even no music) on the flight, which becomes a problem on a long haul intercontinental flight (It was a domestic flight, but the flight time is the same as e.g. Frankfurt-Bangkok).

Therefore also if the service and comfort can be improved Aeroflot, is not at all a bad airline.

I had never had the impression that its airplanes are unsafe. The bad reputation the airline has, especially on domestic flights, is absolutely unjustified.

I will use this airline again.
