Taken January 2004 from Kuala Lumpur - Abdul Aziz Shah - KUL1 to Delhi, Indira Gandhi - DEL

Based on the legroom alone, I would fly this airline in economy. I have never seen such legroom in economy and the 34 inch seat pitch is more than welcome.

Aircraft is an A330 which does show its age. No PTV's on this flight and entertainment on a poor quality mainscreen at the front of the cabin. The entertainment system could do with upgrading, however I do know that on thier Boeing 777 and 747, MH has PTV's in each seat with thier 34 inch seat pitch.

For a four and a half hour flight, I suppose lack of PTV's can be overlooked.

Ground service at KL was fabulous. The city check in like in Hong Kong is a great facility available in KL only to MH passengers. Boarding announcements were orderly.

Cabin crew were extremely polite and friendly. Once again they truly live up to the title of being the best in the world. Food with three portions was great, tasty and with helpings being large and filling. Good choice of beverages.

Arrival services in Delhi are always chaotic regardless of the airline you fly. And the flight arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

Overall, MH has a great economy product let down by the IFE. However on the long haul fleet MH has PTV's on every seat with a 34 inch seat pitch. This surely would make MH have the best economy class in the world.
