Flew Air One for the first time and was somewhat worried at first, as my agent in Italy flew separately on Alitalia, saying that he would not fly on Air One. The cabin crew was Italian, the pilots American, and both of my flights (LIN-CTA, CTA-TRN the following day) were excellent!

From the boarding process to the beverage service to the arrival was just great! The only comment I will make is that the cabin was looking a little worn or tired, but for less than $50 USD per leg it was better then Southwest, I highly suggest travelers consider Air One for inter-Italia travel.
