This airline does offer great value. To Tenerife was a fantastic deal, although using their small 737-300 aircraft made it very uncomfortable.

The crew are helpful and nice but the considering the aircraft are simply repainted British Airways aircraft, you would expect them to be better.

Stupid Internet times on the itinery (they don't use am/pm) so we thought the return trip was at 2.40 in the day, not in the morning!! So we missed the flight, and ended up going with the very expensive Iberia via Madrid! Ouch!
