I was given an exit row seat, and I, without thinking, placed my carry-on on the floor, inadvertently blocking the exit. As they announced on the speaker to make sure to leave emergency exits unblocked, I realized my mistake, but as I was starting to remove it, a flying attendant started yelling at me at the top of her voice, and in a very nasty way, to free the exit. I felt very humiliated to be yelled at infront of everybody else, especially because the announcement had finished a fraction of a second ago and I was already removing my luggage. Luckily, during the rest of the flight, and the second leg from Santiago to Miami, I was treated much better, making me want to fly this airline again. I realize that this flight attendant's behavior isn't representative of the airline in general. | ||
