Taken January 2004 from London, Gatwick - LGW to Mombasa

I would fully recommend this airline; it was on time leaving and arrived on time both ways, clean and well kept.

The pilot and cabin staffs were very polite, friendly and very efficient, the food was good and the wine was excellent.

We travelled Safari class and found the seats comfortable with plenty of legroom.

On the down side, there could have been more toilets, although this did not cause a big problem.

The in-flight entertainment was adequate although the films were slightly dated, on the way out, as it was a night flight they only showed 1 film, but on the day return flight they showed 3 films.
