Taken October 2002 from Toulouse - TLS to Madrid, Barajas - MAD

I flew Toulouse - Madrid - Toulouse in October 2002. It was my first time flying with Air Nostrum, the regional partner of Iberia.

CRJ 200 aircraft, in perfect and clean conditions. Comfortable leather seating and good leg room.

The cabin crew were extremely friendly, and didn't stop working from the moment we boarded the plane. Friendly welcome aboard from them and then a friendly farewell on arrival at Madrid. The passed through the cabin offering Spanish, French and English language press. This flight takes less than an hour, yet we were severed a warm breakfast with orange juice and (not "or") mineral water, and they passed through the cabin twice offereing extra a selection of different breads (warm from the oven) and coffee/tea.

The air hostesses were very kind and all smiles. They spoke perfect English, and were really quite pretty if I may say so.

Normal Iberia in-flight magazine plus a very nicly presented brochure/presentation of Air Nostrum, in which they understandable highlight that they have won European regional airline of the Year numerous times, I think or now.

Excellent service all round. Well done Air Nostrum.
