This airline seems to have no concept of punctuality at all. OK it may be a charter, but even so, this is supposed to be a European airline offering a reasonable standard of service to its' customers surely? Outgoing flight from CDG T3 delayed by 5 hours, no explanation and on the information board they had conveniently changed the supposed time of departure of the flight so that it didn't look to be quite so late after all! What a cheat! On board things continued in the same vein, very limited inflight service, on a flight of just over six hours I would normally expect a bit more than 1 cold snack, but no, that is all that was on offer. And as for the legroom, well what legroom? The legality of such an operation must surely be suspect? En route there was a 'technical stop' at Ghardaia in Algeria that took over an hour in both directions (coming back it was more like 2 in fact) and during this time we had to remain in our cramped seating conditions the whole time. So glad to arrive in Ouaga and a return to civilization! Return flight delayed by 5 hours again, this time due to late incoming flight. Such a delay once I might be able to forgive, but not twice! And to top it all the flight wasn't exactly particularly cheap at 500 Euros! Avoid like the plague, there must be better value, more reliable options out there somewhere!
