The in-flight entertainment and food on-board were very good. The cabin crew on-board were absolutely brilliant. They were so nice and looked very genuine and happy to be on the flight, not like some other airlines. The only qualm I have with traveling to Sri Lanka on Sri Lankan Airlines is that its cheaper to go via some Middle East Airlines like Gulf Air, Royal Jordanian or Kuwait Airways, but then again, we are not here to talk about the ticket price, but the actually service of the airline. I have flown the other airlines above and Sri Lankan Airlines service and quality is 100 times better than those Middle East airlines. | ||
