Home > Jetsgo > 2004 > ReviewTaken January 2004 from New York - Newark, NJ - EWR to Toronto - Lester B. Pearson - YYZI have been flying 20 - 30 trips per year for 15 years now, and JetsGo is the second-worst flight I have ever experienced in terms of delay. The worst was on the now-defunct Tower Air from Salvador de Bahia in Brazil to JFK. That flight was 12 hours late, but on a 10 hour journey. JetsGo was 7 hours late on a 1.5 hour journey. Our flight was scheduled to depart EWR at 7:10 pm. The aircraft finally arrived from Toronto at 1:30 a.m. There were confusing and contradictory announcements from time to time, but basically the ground staff was not aware of what was happening until the equipment had arrived from Toronto. A meal voucher was given out after 10 pm, when the only place open to get "food" at EWR was McDonalds. After the plane landed in Toronto it was 3:15 a.m., and it took until 4 a.m. to get our luggage and escape from this nightmare. | ||
