Taken February 2004 from Prague - PRG to New York - John F. Kennedy, NY - JFK

First impression was good. However, once seated we had to wait an hour or so before being told that the flight was going to be delayed. Technical problems, the captain said... Eventually, the flight was canceled.

The next day some other technical problem occurred and we were offered to fly Air France instead.

We tried to complain in New York. To our great surprise, we were not the only ones. CSA employees explained that 'this sort of incident' was quite frequent with one of their Airbuses and that a lot of flights were being cancelled.

Wouldn't recommend flying CSA's Airbuses.
