Our flight left at 9:00 in the morning. We were told to get there quite a few hours prior to departure so we left around 5:00 AM. It was a brisk Calgary morning as we entered the airport. Check-in was quick and easy with about 2-3 positions open for our flight. We went to gate A29 after food & fun & final preparations for the flight. I had a window seat about halfway in the cabin. The window seat didn't mean much as some sort of moisture got stuck on the window. Take-off was incredibly steep and then we had to bank left. The food was really gross and I didn't even open the packet. The TV monitor for the movie was about 5 rows ahead of me and I couldn't see it very well being pretty short. The air inside the cabin seemed unusually hot! When the flight touched down, air stairs were connected to the plane and we ended up in the hot Mexican sun waiting for Customs which couldn't handle a plane load of passengers very well. The baggage carousel (if you could call it that) wasn't working properly.
