As a Very regular flyer with them - obliged to do so because of their routings - I am increasingly getting upset with them: - The awful cheese sandwich snack (I'd love to hear from somebody whop likes it!) is now ubiquitous on all short haul flights - Connections are unrealistic. Everybody knows that Amsterdam is a busy airport subject to delays (everybody that is, but for KLM) and I am tired of running around the airport to just catch a connection, and my baggage of course is left behind! | ||
