Flight was an hour late leaving LHR because of delay in arrival of in-bound flight (head winds?). Air France counter staff were unaware of this although the delay was found to be posted on flight/time board. Two of us were travelling, but Air France ticketing staff only gave us one ticket (pre-paid, to be picked up at airport). Sent back by AF check-in staff to pick up second ticket. "You only gave us one passport!" said AF ticketing staff. "But you only asked us for one passport!" Gallic shrug of indifference. Tried to make point in French. More indifference. Nothing, but praise for CSA side of the operation, however.
