Taken March 2004 from Madrid, Barajas - MAD to Paris, Orly - ORY

The flight is the first morning flight in the mornings from Madrid to Paris. It is not too nice to start the Monday with a by-bus boarding. Boarding did start earlier than stated in the boarding pass which made the passengers think we will depart earlier and arrive on time in Paris to avoid being stuck in traffic. The moment we arrive at the aircraft, which was like 200 meters away, we were not authorized to board because the crew was not there yet. We, around 100 passengers, stayed for 15 minutes in the bus listening to all the conversation of the bus driver trying to solve the situation. Once the crew arrived we went on-board. Then the Captain tells that we will be delayed because they are looking for the luggage of connecting passengers who did not board (strange that the baggage arrives, but not the passengers). After 20 minutes of baggage search a new bus arrives with all those missing passengers so they were on board and the luggage had to be loaded again.

Then the jackets were not taken because the model of the A320 was too old and they did not have enough space. We left Madrid over an hour late and is is awful to see that then the meal service is getting worst and worst. A semi-cold omelete was served with two little pieces of cheese. Why do we pay Business Class? Overall a flight to forget.
