Taken October 2003 from Stuttgart - STR to Copenhagen - CPH

FLIGHT: SK 658 STR - CPH, Dur: 1h30min, on time.

GROUND SERVICE: Check-in in Stuttgart has been carried out by Lufthansa: quick, efficient and friendly service. Also SAS staff in Copenhagen was very helpful and nice.

AIRCRAFT: B737-600, modern, clean and well kept.

COMFORT: The flight was only 50% booked, so I enjoyed to have an entire row for my own. I was positively surprised about the comfortable seat pitch even on this short flight in economy class, also footrests were installed.

CATERING: A cold meal consisting of rolls, cold cuts and some kind of potato salad was served in a cardboard box. Not comparable to restaurant food, but on this short flight really above-average. A wide selection of drinks was offered once. Other drinks were immediately served on request.

STAFF: Always helpful and polite, worked in a professional and efficient way and was at pains to speak German, however I missed a smile here and there.

CONCLUSION: Altogether a very smooth flight. Fast ground service, modern aircraft, comfortable seats and good service.
