Taken April 2004 from Duesseldorf - DUS to Palma de Mallorca - PMI

A charter with always a good and friendly cabin crew and a service up to a quiet good charter airline.

Two points never to forget:

DUS-AP:

even if the gangway to the plane is full, they call you by your name for embarcation "at time..." - stupid, because the resting paxes are beside, maybe by phobia of this crowded tube.

The comment of the ladies not to call you by your name is responded, usually, by, I don't care, put a reklamation.

PMI-DUS:

Captain commented that a kerosin tube was broken. However, the contracted company Ineuropa at Palma de Mallorca Airport let us await about half an hour before embarking, after having had called, and another half one in an old bus able to be sent to Cuba, before. The response of the Ineuropa ground staff: put a reklamation!

I will put it, to Air Berlin which is not bad, at all.
